Max Kirsten is The Sleep Coach, an international sleep expert, sleep trainer, and has created several award-winning insomnia apps for better sleep. His Sleep Coaching Clinic is located in Knightsbridge, in central London.
Max also does personalised Online Sleep Coaching with virtual sleep clinics, so you can learn to conquer your Insomnia, and any other sleep issues, by learning a variety of modalities, including deep somatic relaxation techniques wherever you are in the world.
Max has been working as an Insomnia Coach since 2003, his One-to-One Insomnia Coaching sessions will teach you how to be able to naturally fall asleep again.
Max teaches his natural 100% drug-free approach called the ‘ABC of Better Sleep’, which is a sequential relaxation technique or protocol for slowly ‘drifting off’ into a deeply relaxed physical state with his ‘mindfulness’ based 'Autogenic Sleep Training for Insomnia’, (ASTi). Max also teaches 'Acceptance Commitment Therapy for Insomnia’, (ACTi), as well as 'Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia’, (CBTi), considered to be the gold standard approach for the treatment of chronic insomnia. A sleep hygiene assesment will also be required. When all of these three approaches are combined together, they will help to make the experience of falling asleep, a seemingly effortless, yet reassuringly repeatable, deeply relaxing pleasure.
